Why was my trash not picked up?

Was your trash 2-3 steps from the road by 7:00 AM and left ALL day on your service day? Was all trash bagged and tied? Were all bags under 35 lbs? Is your account paid? If you answer yes to all these questions, please call the office.

Will you pick up anything I put out?

Our service is for regular household garbage only. We do not offer large item pick up. The land fill also discourages large quantities of yard waste, so we will pick up an occasional bag of leaves or small bundle of sticks, but we will not pick up large numbers of bagged leaves, etc.

I didn't get my trash out in time, will the driver come back?

No, rural garbage routes can run upwards of 300 miles a day, so we are unable to make return trips for any reason.

How do I pay my bill?

We accept checks and money orders by mail and all major credit cards by phone or online. Residential services are payable quarterly so there is a payment due January, April, July and October. Commercial dumpsters are payable monthly. Payments are due on the 1st and late after the 10th.

Why is there still trash in my can?

If there is loose trash in your can, we will not take it, all trash must be bagged, in trash bags. We do our best to take all trash every week, but if you are over the limit, we will take what we can up to the limit and leave the rest.

Do you offer recycling?

No, at this time we do not offer recycling.
